Inspiring transformation through movement.

Gabriela Bahia became a standout in the fitness industry during the pandemic, with livestreams and videos featuring functional classes. She built a loyal community and, from there, an online exercise platform. The project grew, and the question arose: how to scale, adding more classes and instructors, always with her stamp of approval? Thus, CREW was born, and with this change came the need to position the new business. It was with this challenge in mind that she approached us.

We completed two stages of the 6D BrandSprint. The first focused on positioning, starting with a SWOT analysis to define purpose and promise of benefits, and moving on to visual expression and identity.

"CREW inspires transformation through movement. The logo conveys this concept through a symbol that appropriates the gestalt in its construction. Just like the transformational journey of the CREW women, the "C" doesn't reveal itself immediately, but rather over time. The logo also features italicized typography, reinforcing movement as the business's driving force."

As we progressed, business insights emerged, as did the need to create a tagline, a manifesto, and consider how to visually express the CREW + teachers partnership, the different modalities, and events. Thus, we embarked on a second sprint, where we were able to delve into the brand architecture and define the necessary definitions for CREW to convey its message clearly and solidly.
