Mozak 2023

Developments with a carioca signature.

Mozak is a solid company that has been creating real estate projects in the south zone of Rio de Janeiro for 29 years. Its projects stand out for their signature architecture, landscaping, connection with the surroundings and the Carioca soul. With the growth of the brand, the team and the portfolio of projects and services, came the need to validate its positioning, think about brand architecture and evolve its visual identity.

The work began with a qualitative survey, focused on assessing the perceptions of the company's customers and employees. Based on the analysis of the results, we created two immersion stages: first with the Mozak team and then with the board of directors.

VISUAL DEFINITIONS AND BRAND ARCHITECTURE

The visual definitions encompassed digital (website, social networks) and physical (siding, advertisements, etc.) contact points, targeting each type of media.

Based on the positioning, we designed the brand architecture to understand how Mozak signs developments and new services, such as personalization.

MOZAK ATELIÊ

As part and consequence of this new stage, there was a need to communicate and better define the personalization service.

To this end, we came up with the name Ateliê Mozak and developed a visual identity with the aim of enhancing and highlighting the possibilities it offers.

DEVELOPMENTS WITH A CARIOCA SOUL

Our relationship with Mozak goes back a long way. Prior to this work, 6D had already developed many partnerships for project launches, developing creative concepts and visual identities, as well as digital pieces.

All the work for the brand stems from the desire to communicate its relationship with Rio, with art and architecture, which permeate exclusive projects in the city.
