La Carioca

Latin flavors, Carioca identity.

Opened in 2011, La Carioca was one of the first cevicherias in Rio de Janeiro. Peruvian ceviche arrived, in true Carioca style, in charming restaurants and bars in Botanical Garden and Ipanema, arriving in 2019 on the Leblon waterfront, with the La Carioca en La Playa kiosk.

Always creating with complete freedom, our involvement began with the ambiance, which was developed in partnership with architects Anna Backhauser and Eliane Fachetti. In addition to the ambiance, crafted with wood and rustic materials to create a truly unpretentious and cozy environment, we created the visual identity using Andean themes and a pattern created by designer Isabela Capeto.

Casa 6D

The fish namorado, the house's flagship dish, has become the brand's star. For the cevicheria's online and offline branding, we also designed signs, menus, and all supporting materials.

The house's craft beers received custom labels and six-pack packaging. Peruvian poems were printed on the placemats, making the Latin dining experience even more enriching for customers.
